NASCAR Racing 2003 Season Simulation Racing League

The information on this page will guide you through the steps to get all set up with RPM (Race Points Manager) and matching your RPM Profile with your Player Profile in NR2003.

NOTE: Your Registration with N4Nites and/or CARS is not complete until you have done every step in this tutorial AND created a "Player Profile" in your NR2003 Game that matches the information in your OLR Client profile.

New Driver Registration

STEP 1: DRIVER REGISTRATION - On this websites left side menu, click on "Driver Register" to get started.

The following screen will appear. Here you will create your "Drvier Profile". Read the steps below carefully before you proceed.

Enter your driver user name. (First and Last Name - No Nicknames Please)

Enter your password. Your Username and Password are " Case Sensitive". Be sure to write down your Username and Password EXACTLY as you entered them here. WRITE YOUR LOGIN INFORMATION DOWN SOMEWHERE SO YOU DON'T LOSE IT!!!

Re-enter your password in the "Confirm Password" block.

Enter your REAL FIRST NAME AND REAL LAST NAME HERE. We ask that you use you real name for simplicity and uniformity. Also, please capitalize the first letter in your First and Last name. Your name is a proper name and it just doesn't look professional in all lower case.

Enter a valid email address here in which you can be reached. It is important that you enter an email address that you access frequently so you can recieve race day information and any other last minutes changes that may arise on race day such as Race Server logon information changes, etc..

Check each box next to each series(s) you wish to participate in. You must check at least one box and can choose them all if you like. Below are all of the series we have to offer and the technical information for each series.

Once you have all the information entered, type in the "Security String" and click the "Sign Up" button. You have now completed your CARS/N4Nites RPM Driver Registration.

STEP 2: EDIT YOUR DRIVER PROFILE - Next you'll need to return to the N4Nites or CARS websites, enter the "Driver Login", using the user name and password you created when you registered. After you click "Driver Login" you will see the following login screen.

Enter your Username and Password here EXACTLY as your entered it when you registered. After you click "Login" you will be taken to your main Driver Profile. The "Menu" box on the left (shown below) is how you navigate around through your profile.

First, click on "Driver Profile." You will notice that the information that you entered when you registered will already be filled in. If you made a mistake along the way, you can make corrections here. You can also add some additional information here such as Birthdate, Favorite Driver, a short Biography, and you can upload a picture of yourself that will appear on your Personal Profile Page. Once you finish entering information here, click on "Update Profile"

Next, click on the "Series" link and lets take a look at the "Series" you have signed up for. Here you can join any or all of the Series that the CARS and N4Nites leagues have to offer and view what series you are already in.

Next you need to edit your information for each series that you joined, one at a time. Before you put a car number in, click on the "Taken Numbers" text to see what numbers are still available. If you don't select a car number for the series you are joining, you will not show up in the series drivers list, therefore your joining that series is not complete.

The "Carfiles" link is where you go to upload your carfiles. You must be careful to make sure that you upload the correct carfile into the correct series. It is very easy to get the wrong carfile uploaded.

You have 8 car slots. Make sure that you select a car slot that is "EMPTY" before uploading a carfile.

NOTE: Your Registration with N4Nites and/or Cars is not complete until you have joined a series, selected a car number for that series, edited your profile and uploded a carfile for each series you joined.

Returning Driver Registration

STEP 1: LOG IN TO YOUR RPM ACCOUNT - On this websites left side menu, click on "Driver Login" and enter your username and password.

STEP 2: JOIN SERIES - Once you are logged in to RPM, click on "series" on the following menu.

On this menu, select the series that you want to run in. If you want to run in multiple series, you will have to follow these steps for each series, one at a time.

Once you've joined a series, you need to edit your driver information for that series. Click on "series" again in the RPM menu. You should see the words "click here to edit details" in the line adjacent from the series you have joined as displayed below.

Edit your details by clicking on "click here to edit details". You will see the following screen. It is important that fill in EVERYTHING here including selecting a car number. Click on the words "Taken Numbers" to see what numbers are still available BEFORE you enter a car number. Click on "Save Details". You must do this for each series you signed up for.

STEP 3: UPLOADING CARFILES - On the RPM menu, click on "Carfiles.

You will see the following screen. It is IMPORTANT to pay attention to what you sre doing on this page so that you get your carfile uploaded into the correct series. You must give your car a name, it can be the same as your sponsor if you like. You also have the option of uploading a picture of your car, but it is not mandatory.

You have 8 car slots. Make sure that you select a car slot that is "EMPTY" before uploading a carfile.

After you have successfully uploaded a carfile, click on "Car Files" on the RPM menu again to upload another carfile for another series if you signed up for more than one series. Once you are finished joining a series, editing your series information and uploading your carfiles, you can log out of RPM.
